Residential tours include: Still photos from the tour (3), room labeling to match floorplan brochures, guided highlight reel, removal of light shards from Floorplan and Dollhouse views, informational Mattertags (5), scan hiding for easy end-user use, project information (i.e. built by, project/plan/lot, square footage, sales office information, email, address and the related website link to link back for SEO enhancement) and expert review for virtual reality.
If the square footage for the unit goes over the designated amount per room, there will be an additional $7.50 charge per every 100 square feet.
Any additional 360 scans added to the exterior of the tour will be an additional $25 per scan.
We charge an additional $100 for every 10 informational Mattertags.
Any additional highlight pictures will be an additional $30 per highlight.
If you’d like us to publish your tour to Google Maps, allowing anyone who searching your location to view the tour, we charge an additional $250. This is a one time charge.
For any additional still photos you’d like us to capture, an additional $10 charge will occur for each photo.
